After a break last week due to the Irish Cup taking centre stage we’re back to league action this weekend, starting tonight when Crusaders make the trip to the Newry Showgrounds to take on Darren Mullen’s Newry side.
A win for Crusaders tonight would see then leapfrog Ballymena into 2nd spot and trail current league leaders Linfield only by goal difference (assuming they don’t win by a cricket scoreline of course) going into tomorrow’s fixtures. Meanwhile, Newy can put a five-point gap between themselves and bottom side Ards with a win and could move to within a point of 10th placed Dungannon Swifts.
The last set of predictions took place on New Year’s Day and left the leaderboard looking like this:

We have a new leader at the top as Henry was able to take advantage of a poor week from Cameron to move a point clear after predicting the correct results in the Ards v Linfield and Newry City v Institute matches. After managing to get himself off the bottom a few weeks ago Adrian only managed one point last time out and is starting to get cut adrift again but a good week at any stage can turn it all around.
