It’s the last week of the League of Ireland Premier Division tonight but more importantly, it’s the last week of our League of Ireland Writer’s Prediction League.
The league itself brings little in the way of last day drama, Dundalk have already comfortably wrapped up the league, U.C.D. are relegated with Finn Harps waiting to find out their opponents in the play-off and last week Bohemians secured European qualification. The only thing that is to be decided is the final European spot, currently, Declan Devine’s Derry City side are in the driving seat and anything but defeat well see them finish 4th but a loss would open the door to St. Pat’s if they can beat Dundalk.
All the fixtures for tonight are as follows with all games at 19:45
Bohemians v Sligo Rovers
Derry City v Finn Harps
Dundalk v St. Patrick’s Athletic
Shamrock Rovers v Cork City
Waterford v U.C.D.

In our prediction league, Darren currently holds the upper hand and to be honest it would take a poor week from him to lose that lead but with teams potentially not necessarily playing full strength sides who knows what could happen.
The prediction league could potentially be won by anyone in the top four, here is the full leaderboard:-
